Based on our conversations in class relating to Ecological Systems Theory, your assignment is to create your own personal EST model. In this model you will focus on the key individuals/organizations, etc. at the micro and exo levels who you believe influenced your life in school. Describe what your community was like, major personal influences, and how it has shaped you as a student.
Each student will submit a 2 page paper. Please submit a double spaced reflection where you discuss the primary influencers on your development as a student.
